Allen Cox
With over 30 years of experience in coaching, scouting, and player development, Allen Cox has built a nationally respected career helping athletes reach their full potential. His coaching journey has influenced the careers of over 50 professional baseball players and more than 500 athletes who advanced to collegiate programs.
Allen has held impactful roles at every level of the game — from high school state championships at Owensboro Catholic High School in Kentucky, to collegiate hitting coach positions at Kentucky Wesleyan College and Georgia Gwinnett College, to international player development as the Head Academy Coach for the Okotoks Dawgs in Canada. During his 10-year tenure with the Dawgs, he led a coaching staff of 10 and guided over 120 players annually through development and college placement — including 15 MLB draft picks and 50 NCAA Division I athletes. Allen is currently the Head Coach of the Bend Elks in the very respected West Coast League.
A trusted evaluator, Allen has worked with MLB organizations including the Milwaukee Brewers, San Diego Padres and Minnesota Twins , and has played an active role in major showcases and camps like Perfect Game, PBR, No Doubt. He’s a longtime ABCA member and was a featured speaker at the 2019 Dallas Convention. He is also a rep for USA Baseball NTIS program.
Allen holds a Master’s degree in Special Education from National University and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Kentucky Wesleyan College. His deep knowledge of hitting, recruiting, and athlete development, combined with a passion for mentorship, continues to shape the next generation of baseball talent.

Josh Sundquist
Josh Sundquist brings over a decade of playing experience and a passion for developing both the athlete and the individual. A 12-year baseball veteran, Josh's career includes a state championship title, recognition as an All-State infielder, and being named Oregon Athletic Player of the Month.
With a deep understanding of the game and a proven track record of success, Josh has a dedication to share his knowledge and love for baseball with the next generation. His coaching philosophy is centered on building a winning culture—on and off the field—where hard work, discipline, and character development are just as important as athletic performance.
Through high-level coaching, mentorship, and a focus on fundamentals, Josh is committed to helping players reach their full potential—not only as athletes, but as leaders, teammates, and young men.
